I build data and AI systems that make banking operations faster and less risky.

At Bank Mandiri, Indonesia's largest bank by assets, I lead Data Quality & Analytics for Retail Credit Operations. My path there started in the field: I trained as a civil engineer at ITB, became a MAPPI-certified internal appraiser, and valued collateral from houses and warehouses to ships and plantations. Knowing the process from the inside is why I ended up rebuilding it.

What I've built and led:

• Centralized collateral valuation from 138 locations to 2 — ~30% higher process efficiency with significantly fewer FTEs
• MCAP ("Motion"), a mobile appraisal platform integrated with credit onboarding and core banking — +110% appraiser productivity
• IAVA, a geospatial machine-learning valuation model using market data, satellite imagery and building footprints — end-to-end appraisal cycle cut from 8 to 3.5 hours, enabling straight-through processing
• Data pipelines, KPI dashboards and predictive models across retail credit (Cloudera, Impala/SQL, Python, Power BI)

Outside work I run Quantist.io, a stock analytics platform for Indonesian retail investors — foreign-flow and whale-flow analysis delivered via web and Telegram bot, designed, built and self-hosted end to end.

Next: MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, funded by an LPDP scholarship. I'm focused on data & AI leadership in financial services — credit risk analytics, digital banking, and the infrastructure behind them.

• Leading AI-driven transformation projects to enhance data management and analytics, including the Integrated Asset Valuation and Analytics (IAVA) initiative which utilized Geospatial AI for real estate appraisal. This project aligned with the corporate AI Roadmap and achieved Straight Through Processing for appraisals.
• Enhancing strategic decision-making across the Retail Credit Operations Group by developing and implementing data-driven solutions, including KPI dashboards and data insight reports to improve operational efficiency.
• Engineering and maintaining data pipelines, analytics, and models for all retail segments appraisal and loan data, utilizing the Cloudera Data Platform, Microsoft Ecosystem (Power BI, PowerQuery, Excel), Python, and SQL.
• Managing new enhancements and integrations of the Mobile Collateral Appraisal Platform with credit on-boarding and core banking systems to improve data flow and process automation.

• Directed the centralization of collateral valuation operations from 138 to 2 locations, achieving a 30% increase in process efficiency and a significant reduction in required FTEs enabled by technology.
• Oversaw the Mobile Collateral Appraisal Platform (MCAP) project, driving end-to-end process optimization and automation within the appraisal process in the Retail Credit Operations Group leveraging mobile web-app for field data collection, parameterized worksheets, and integrated data flow to credit onboarding and core-banking surrounding systems.

• Led a solution design & development for Credit Operations Group in Operations Transformation Projects
  • Assessed, analyzed, and designed the business process for Collateral Valuation, Credit Compliance, Loan Maintenance, and Posting, enhancing risk control and FTE efficiency through technology, regulation, and culture improvement.
  • Designed and developed web applications (PHP & Power Platform Microsoft 365 based) for appraisers, creating a mobile-friendly data interface that improved delivery time by 67% and gained support from the Director of Operations as a pre-Operations Transformation initiative.

Quantist.io Running

Quantist.io is a platform that provides analytics, and insights for individual investors and traders to make informed investment decisions based on comprehensive data analysis. It will offer a top-down analysis principle: Macro - Fundamental - Transactional - Technical for Indonesia stocks and other financial instruments. The platform will be accessible through the web and Telegram bot, making it user-friendly for mobile persons. The platform empowers users to take control of their financial future and make independent investment decisions. The platform's development is always ongoing, currently, it already has the foreign flow and whale flow (bandarmology) analysis ready to be used through Telegram Bot with chart and screener results as the output.

StockXel Legacy

Minister of Business Implementation - ITB Student Board Cabinet (Kabinet KM ITB) Feb 2018 - Mar 2019

• Managed the student board's business units for profits, benefits, values, and sustainability — four departments: ITB Apparel (merchandise, the main funding backbone for Kabinet KM ITB, generating Rp 180 M in a year), ITB Investment (fund manager for the cabinet's portfolio, investing non-productive cash in stocks and alumni-owned businesses to introduce the investment climate to students), ITB Product Development (building new startups to complement ITB Apparel as a fund generator), and ITB Projects (partner channel for external collaborators).
• Successfully doing Pre-Order and On The Spot selling of merchandises during new students matriculation event with 250 Millions rupiah revenue in a week and around 4000 items been sold.
